Default Is multi-accounting allowed?

A pretty common strategy for Rollerbeetle Racers to get alot of top 100 times, is to multi acount race.

I was just wondering is this was legal?

The main setup is usually something like this:

Because you can't /resign out anymore, ppl simply "switch" to the second acount, using gwx2 or whatever, and start playing on that one.

That way, they can pretty much do the first 40 seconds of the lapse (which determines wether or not you'll get top 100 time), without having to wait out the rest of the lap.

Is this against the EULA or not? Otherwise I'm charing up GWx2 ^^

Maybe, playing on multiple accounts at the same time is not against the eula.
Playing them for this reason might be against the eula, something along the lines of spoiling the game for other people.

quitting in the middle of the race is match manipulation and should be bannable, lulz.

I can think of no reason why this would breach the EULA, or how they could even enforce it if it did.

Multi Accounting is fine, it's allowed. What it is abused for in terms of rollerbeetle racing, is NOT ok. Anet will find out that you are multi accounting a rollerbeetle race by your IP address and deliver a swift ban to both accounts if they find you are manipulating a match.

i would lmao if they did this. They dont honestly care about what you do in rollerbettle racing( as long as its nto agaisnt the eula). And runnning multi accounts for a mini is deffinatley is deffinatley not. Its an advantage you can buy w/ a purchase of another account. Its one of those adavantages ppl complain about that you can get it if u pay but they dont want to so they b**** about it.

so shortly no. you wont get perma banned for running multi accounts( tho its not something i would be clicking my heels to adn skipping around saying).

IMO it's like anything else when asking about the rules: If you *have* to ask, you probably already know the answer, but are hoping someone is gonna tell you it's ok.. It's not worth the risk.

It doesn't matter if you buy 1 or 1000 accounts, you participate in match manipulation, you're going down.

It "deffinatley" isn't against the EULA to multiaccount for a mini, you're right. But were talking about RBR'ing here, not a mini. Once again...RBR is a multiplayer match, manipulating an online match is against the EULA.

Sure is quite the ego uplifting advantage. I bought a second account years ago that I still have, I feel so powerful. That $9.99 I spent at wal-mart goes quite a long way in the GW world.... I could multi account RBR. But alas I chose wisely not to, given that I don't violate the eula and never have, let alone with match manipulation. But be my guest, since you payed and feel special enough, take the risk of losing multiple accounts and feeling empty in the end.

Just because YOU haven't gotten caught yet, doesn't mean they don't scan for that sort of thing.

scan? anet? How can you even be putting your hopes up high for a minipet, for the top 100 RBR scorers, when that ladder is 100% bots and syncers? Does any of them receive no minipet? Does any of them get banned eventually? Thought so

Yep. Just like the people that were banned for multi-accounting back when RR was so popular.

You're not likely to get caught apparently, but you'll be (justifiably) permanently banned if you are.
